From our early days as one of the pioneering online diamond jewelers, ethics and integrity have been central to our mission. Since 2005, our founders have built our business on the principle of respect—not just for our customers who deserve the highest quality, but also for our employees, suppliers, and the communities from which we source.
We acknowledge the historical challenges associated with global supply chains for diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals. However, we believe that the jewelry industry has the potential to benefit society when conducted responsibly. This approach promotes job security, economic opportunities, and enhanced human rights protections.

Our goal is to inspire all our stakeholders to embrace our values and work collaboratively on improvements in three key areas: people, planet, and product.
We will continually update our Responsible Sourcing Policy and report on our progress. Additionally, we are working towards certification as a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council to have our sustainability efforts independently audited.
